In collaboration with the University of Wisconsin–Madison School of Business, edX, a leading global online learning platform, has launched a new Micromasters program in Business: Data, Insights, and Analytics.
The 24-week, three-course MicroMasters program will introduce students to leading-edge business analytics tools and methodologies to allow for actionable insight into their own businesses and companies. Students will focus on specialized skill areas like programming, database management, cloud computing, data visualization, and statistics.
“The launch of this MicroMasters program is a great example of how higher education institutions are evolving to provide students with a variety of learning pathways that are flexible, stackable, and representative of the skills needed in today’s economy,” said Anant Agarwal, founder of edX. “We look forward to continuing to grow our partnership with UW–Madison under the joint mission of helping make education more accessible and affordable.”
